As property managers, our client is the owner/landlord. Yet we are well aware that the property you are occupying is your home, and we treat you with respect. As a tenant in one of our managed properties, you will receive a thorough briefing about the property and an explanation of your responsibilities and rights under the terms of the lease. You will receive contact information for our property management staff, as well as a 24-hour emergency number should anything occur after-hours that needs immediate attention.
During our check-in and semi-annual inspections, you will have an opportunity to note specific concerns you may have about the condition of the property, and you will receive a prompt and thorough accounting of any security deposit funds that we hold at the conclusion of the lease.
The highest compliment we receive is when a tenant ultimately purchases a home through McEnearney Associates after the conclusion of their lease - which happens several times a year.
